You mentioned that you provide basic treatment. Did we come for basic treatment? Is it possible for the patient to fix this treatment, or do you have to do it? When someone goes to the hospital with an unknown illness, the expectation is that the healthcare professionals will determine and administer the appropriate treatment based on the patient's health condition.why not express that without stating it as basic treatment from the start?
Upon reading your response, it's disheartening to sense a lack of empathy. We lost our mother due to the actions of your doctor. It seems money is your primary concern, not our emotions or lives. We are willing to pay any amount; will that bring our mother back? I never asked for money. Your failure to understand and acknowledge your mistake may lead to others suffering. These messages aim to alert and prevent similar errors, ultimately saving lives.
Regarding the mention of fake IDs, those who suffered had genuine identities. You can investigate, no problem, Please shift from a business mindset to a service-based one. Emotional understanding is crucial to comprehend our pain.
